AVT LIVE Entertainment Group Ltd is a charity and public company limited by guarantee. Its Board of directors has oversight over the organisation and reports to members at annual general meetings. Board members retire after three years and, if eligible and nominated, may be re-elected. The AVT LIVE Board meet bi-monthly and Board sub-committees exist to ensure adequate governance and to assist the executive team achieve the organisation’s strategic goals.
